സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഒന്നു മുതല്‍ പത്തു വരെ ക്ലാസുകളില്‍ പഠിക്കുന്ന OEC ഒഴികെയുള്ള OBC വിഭാഗത്തില്‍പെടുന്നവരും രക്ഷകര്‍ത്താക്കളുടെ വാര്‍ഷികവരുമാനം 44500 രൂപയില്‍ കഴിയാത്തവരുമായ വിദ്യാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ക്ക് പുതുതായി രൂപീകരിക്കപ്പെട്ട പിന്നാക്ക സമുദായവകുപ്പ് പ്രീമെട്രിക് സ്കോളര്‍ഷിപ്പ് നല്‍കുന്നു. സ്ക്കൂളുകളില്‍ അപേക്ഷകള്‍ സ്വീകരിച്ച ശേഷം നിര്‍ദ്ദിഷ്ട പ്രെഫോര്‍മയില്‍ കണ്‍സോളിഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്ത ലിസ്റ്റ് സ്ക്കൂളുകളില്‍ നിന്നും എസ്.സി പ്രെമോര്‍ട്ടര്‍ വഴിയാണ് ശേഖരിക്കുന്നത്. മുഴുവന്‍ വിവരങ്ങളും ഫെബ്രുവരി 29 നു മുമ്പായി ശേഖരിക്കാനാണ് നിര്‍ദ്ദേശം. കുട്ടികളുടെ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ നിര്‍ദ്ദിഷ്ട പ്രെഫോര്‍മയില്‍ എക്സെല്‍ ഫോര്‍മാറ്റായി obcdirectorate@gmail.com ലേക്ക് ഉടന്‍ ഈമെയിലായി നല്‍കേണ്ടതുമാnu
